Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TabState, including our website, software, and related services.
These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you and TabState. By accessing or using TabState, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using TabState, visiting this website, or purchasing a paid plan, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and that you agree to comply with them. If you use TabState on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Use of the Service
TabState is a browser productivity product designed to help users save, organize, and restore browser tabs and workspaces. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for how you use saved sessions, browser content, and any related data within your own environment.
3. Accounts
Some features may require an account, subscription, or other registration process. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features may be offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing frequency, trial terms, and renewal details are shown at the time of purchase or on the pricing page. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the listed fees and any applicable taxes.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel future renewals at any time, but fees already paid are handled according to our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse TabState. This includes, without limitation:
- using the service in a way that violates any law or regulation;
- attempting to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service;
- reverse engineering or attempting to copy protected parts of the service except where permitted by law;
- using the service to store or process harmful, fraudulent, or infringing material.
6. Intellectual Property
TabState and all related branding, software, content, design elements, and documentation are owned by TabState or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no rights, title, or interest in the service are transferred to you.
7. Feedback
If you send suggestions, ideas, or feedback about TabState, you grant TabState a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback for any lawful purpose without further notice or compensation.
8. Third-Party Services
TabState may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting, analytics, email, or payment providers. We are not responsible for third-party services or their independent terms, policies, or practices.
9. Disclaimers
TabState is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that saved session data will always be available without interruption.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TabState and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to TabState will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to TabState in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to TabState if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date above and post the revised terms on this page. Continued use of TabState after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
